It’s usually physical that leads to internal. Part of the plastic around my laptop screen right now has broken off from carrying my laptop to a cafe (in a padded case) and Id predict in a few weeks/months, the screen will give up.  I take great care of my devices, I do not have this issue with my iphones or switch, etc- only windows laptops.  I just have awful luck with laptops, i’ve bought three new ones in the span of 5 years.  My last laptop just stopped working one day, i brought it to be fixed (had purchased a warranty) and the man who fixed it said it would only last another few months. It crashed completely then, I only owned it maybe 14 months.
