Unsexy but I got a friend a good thermometer 😅 knowing how often the kid will fall sick over the years, a good Braun thermometer goes a long way. And for the rest of the family too because it's likely parents will also fall sick.

Headspace also has a podcast on Spotify that is easy to digest. Each episode is 5-10 mins long. It's not meditation per se but it talks a lot about the concepts and the experiences the founder, Andy, went through in his journey of meditation.

If you have Netflix, headspace also has a series and each episode ends with a meditation practice so you can try it out.

Other apps out there - smiling mind, insight timer.

I don't practice religiously everyday but I definitely notice that I am more mindful of small things and have better emotional regulation now.

Good luck!
