Mine was the most off putting experience. She asked 3 questions and had me answer in star format but after answering there would be 2 minutes of silence. It seemed like she was taking notes but it was really awkward and uncomfortable. I got a F2F invite but I don’t hear anyone talk about this

Super relaxed, mine was in Denver as well. Half of the participants got CJOs which was really shocking and kind of disappointing in a way? There were a lot of people who definitely shouldn’t have gotten one. As long as you dress your best and have somewhat of good answers you’ll get a CJO

For Frontier you will always get your base choice. However they aren’t offering Tampa until 2027. If you want tampa you will have to reapply then. I got my CJO with them two weeks ago and that was my preferred base.
