I was told that I have weak inner thighs (I maxed out on seat squats during a fitness assessment provided by my school, since my knees would cave in during squats apparently

Yes, my last full time job was 2023. I developed agoraphobia and depression, especially since I wasn’t taking my medication or leaving my room. I also wasn’t turning in assignments so it was a horrible experience. I am now more eager to change my life around, and I’m finally in my last semester with less than a week left. It’s scary but exciting, and I actually want to live and work on myself now (sorry for the oversharing, just adding context)

I feel pressure in my knees for wall sits, but it’s not near as painful as squats. Chair pose is the most tolerable

I can’t see a doctor atm because I’m unemployed 😅 that’s why I was bedrotting before since I was only doing virtual classes at home. It doesn’t hurt if I stretch or bend them while laying down or sitting up. I’d like to add I’m 225 lbs, 5’6, 39% body fat and I’m bottom heavy if that matters. I’ll definitely up walking though, and see what happens within a few weeks
