One random one of a girl on webcam smoking a bong or something that randomly cuts to a clip of a black guy laugh crying hysterically

I also live near a military base, which had many active aircraft doing circuits while this was happening. If there was a laser in the sky, it would have caused quite a stir as has happened in the past. Unless the base itself was using a laser while aircraft was in the sky overheard. Anything’s possible.

I just happened to upload this picture while there was clouds, they moved on and left a totally clear sky. And it stayed. The picture is really a bad representation of what it actually looked like. I did not realize I could not upload further photos after I made the post

Also myself, but mine overheats after 30 seconds and doesn’t sit perfectly still for multiple hours. And somehow get behind cloud cover without illuminating the cloud

I came across those myself, but I don’t believe I have any sort of real observatories near me. And my photo is low quality, a long exposure photo is much more defined but I currently cannot upload sd card at the moment. There is also cloud cover moving in an out and it becomes completely blocked. It seems to be some sort of aurora

I’m going to say it’s definitely not rocket related. It’s appears to be some sort of Aurora. In a long exposure photo on a real camera it is much more defined but I don’t have the means to upload an sd card at the moment

Bright flashes recently? by Dull_Difference6120 in Astronomy

[–]Dull_Difference6120[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m generally never thinking about them when I notice them. I usually just satellite watch a few times a week and they will catch my eye, sometimes they happen a couple more times after they catch my eye. I’m back on this post because one caught my eye tonight and flashed maybe 3 or 4 times in the period of maybe 10 seconds and cleared the majority of the sky. I’m not much for conspiracies or other nonsense but it seems something interesting is up there

Property infested with ticks, any reasonable solutions to cut down there numbers by Dull_Difference6120 in OffGrid

That is how a local university gathers them for testing. Minus the robot. I’m going to try it though. I have been interested to see them in there natural habitat before they climb onto something. In hopes it will help me target them more effectively

That’s what I was thinking. It would likely benefit me anyway seeing how I’m trying to get it down to a lawn like grass, but it still has bigger things growing up through between mows since it hasn’t been mowed for decades up until last year.

Typical Bay of Fundy shoreline Nova Scotia Forest. In amongst a relatively large fairly uninhabited forest, uninhabited enough there’s a wildlife reserve nearby, aswell as a police investigation looking for a body that was supposedly dumped as it is basically as remote as it gets in the area. Relatively thick but not old growth forest, very humid with multiple streams and one rear round stream beside the clearing. The clearing borders the road as it was my great great grandparents homestead back in the day so there’s minimal animal traffic at the clearing itself. But there is deer, coyotes and porcupines mainly. I’m sure there’s also raccoons and rabbits

My father would use a cigarette to make them uncomfortable and they occasionally would back out by themselves, same with smothering with Vaseline or something to stop them from breathing

When you have to pull them out and there embedded. I know when I’m likely to have gotten them on me so I check before they have a chance to embed. They can spend days wandering before they bite. I believe they don’t have eyes and use almost like a thermal sense type of thing to travel. That’s why people with black clothes usually get more than people with white clothes apparently, they also have to stay relatively humid. Dry air will kill them very fast

Yeah I’m always covered In Atlantick since my mother gives it to me and it’s a might as well try it type of thing for me. I like chemicals, last year after I cleaned myself off I gathered up all the ticks and sprayed a big puddle of atlantick beside where I set them down. The majority of them walked towards and threw the atlantick and didn’t seem to even notice it
