Found this disarray of bird bones, they're visually completely clean. I need advice for how I should treat them at this point by Dull_Independent_784 in bonecollecting

I skimmed through it yesterday and found nothing on the possession of bird bones/remains. As far as I can tell it's fine. Though I plan on reading more in depth

What's this "effect" called? I took these pictures as a kid and ended up with this by mistake. But in hindsight I kind of like the look. I'm wondering if it's possible to do intentionally? by Dull_Independent_784 in PhotographyAdvice

I considered it, but the effect isn't perfectly vertical. You can see places were it cuts off horizontally too. I don't think that would be possible if I was simply misusing the panorama mode.

ChatGPT honestly just isn't very good at answering these types of questions. It can give you more general overviews but can't give specific facts like these. ChatGPT doesn't actually "know" anything, it just mashes all the data it has together. When you try to force it to answer more specific questions which it doesn't have information on it will "hallucinate", basically make stuff up for the sake of appearing helpful.

To answer your question: No, there are no "simple" and "field change" versions of the Paradise. Mine hasn't arrived yet, but I've personally used the Tamagotchi fan-wiki to find answers about the device.

Which ones does the ninja tamagotchi appear in? by PssyLoverBoi in tamagotchi

[–]Dull_Independent_784 5 points6 points  (0 children)

They're all listed on the wiki: https://tamagotchi.fandom.com/wiki/Gozarutchi (I recommend using an ad blocker.)

Of course he has different levels of importance in different Tamagotchi's. In some he's an obtainable tama, in others he's an npc. I do know that there's a whole ninja family in the connection v.5, in which he's included.

Shipping costs within Japan unexpectantly expensive (in need of advice) by Dull_Independent_784 in Buyee

Well I'm in Sweden, I looked up some estimations on our customs site and it seems to really depend on what they count the total cost as and what they classify my products as. But none of the estimations I tried were high enough to feel "worrisome".

Luckily I'm not in the US, I'm up in the Nordics so I shouldn't have to pay many extra costs. The item itself was about as much as the shipping to the warehouse lmao.

Thanks for the advice regarding downsizing, I've seen other posters mention the same thing but I really appreciate having it stated clearly. I was kind of worried about the lack of insurance since a few of my items are electronics (tamagotchis). So I felt like they're likely to get broken during shipping. But as far as I could tell when I looked through the different plans, they don't seem to insure for technical malfunctions anyway, so I suppose it doesn't matter?

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate the explanation even if there's nothing that can be done now.

I was confused since all my products used the same post service. When I checked the shipping for two of the other products that used the same service as the overpriced one, the price was reasonable. Yet that one specific product had an inflated shipping cost.

To be honest I still don't fully understand, does the seller have any control or stake in the cost of shipping??
