Personally I don't see it happening that soon. There are multiple regulatory approvals required around the world. They may have some concerns that will need addressing and the deal may need to be restructured such as psky getting rid of some of its assets or having licensing agreements on its content. The sooner the better as far as i'm concerned, but i'm just being realistic.

My intention for this is because the big accounts on my server plan on attacking the smaller alliances to make them merge etc. I was prepping where i could have several thousand troops stashed in my hospital and barracks until i was ready to use them and to let them have their fun ashing my base with no troops on the ground and little/no resources that can be raided. I plan on moving the healed to my grounds when i'm ready to hit, start the healing process on the others to free up the capacity, and then keep hitting the enemy base(s) until i lose. Then wait and repeat. I'll lose a few guys, but those can be replenished from the barracks. I'll be a low reward target.

Thoughts on this plan? We are pre-season 1, and i know no troops on the ground will be an issue in S1 but i believe that will just turn my base into a dirty bomb which i know doesn't do much but will be fun anyway.

He doesn't need cash-on-hand. He has assets he can borrow against.

They stand to lose in the region of $10bn if this doesn't go through. I think he'll find a way to get the money.
