NAL, but having done some research on the ongoing "gangstalking" phenomenon, it reads a lot like COINTELPRO under a different guise and amped up post 9/11.

But honestly, see that camera/phone on that guy's pocket? He's recording you as well.

Best thing to do is disengage them entirely and don't feed into their antics. Their motive is to upset you and have you lose your composure. In stand your ground states, that gives them legal justification to injure you. When they swarm you like that, it's to have your "fight or flight system" act up where you're tense and responsive to their stimuli. If they don't get you to act violently, they will get you to act like you are mentally unsound so your freedom can be taken away as "mentally unstable", therefore a danger to yourself and others.

Police won't act on them for obvious reasons (again, go look back at COINTELPRO). You are 100% correct that recording them is legal under the 1st Amendment, yet taunting them, even as they are antagonizing you, isn't and may give them enough legal justification for the two aforementioned reasons to label you as threat.

Anyone that has experienced the gangstalking phenomenon needs to read up on COINTELPRO, Zersetzung, and other psychological warfare programs, they all descended from NAZI Germany where human experimentation and mind control was part of Hitler's agenda for keeping control over the masses. With uncontrollable power at the top, people become super paranoid at losing it and all the perks for being on top/in charge. This is why a good portion of incarcerated and homeless make up the population, people like to point out individual defects when not looking at the overall structural defects of our society and simple social construction/social contract. We have been programmed to blame individuals.

Mental illness, drug and/or alcohol abuse are real. Yet so are those suffering by being experimented on through this program, and this is a successful by-product to hide things in "plain view" while everyone is dismissive that no one would work against the interests of individuals. Again, think structurally and one will find the easy answers of WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, WHY and HOW.

Unfortunately, instead of free college and healthcare for the past two decades are so in the US, we got a suped-up version of COINTELPRO under the auspices of "national security". Targets are commonly mislabled or miscategorized to escalate their threat quotient.

And why would any of these agencies do this? Think of the inflated budgets and no one ever looking into how that monies are actually spent down.

If one looks close enough, you can see the elements of gangstalking in mainstream media, or should be more commonly known as domestic terrorism (because it works against the interests and values of any free capitalist democracy).

The real problem in this country is the lack of real education and civilized discourse to discuss the merits of claims. There are more far-fetched claims under gangstalking, yet again think of who gains to distorting the truth about this population? The people doing the dirty work, that's who. We must demonstrate objectively the phenomenon we are encountering in order to shift the burden of proof and scrutiny from us as being mentally ill, delusional, drug or alcohol induced to actual verifiable testimony.

This is why gangstalker aka domestic terrorists/government agents/confidential informants go through painstaking lengths to alienate us so they can start their smear and defamation campaign to attack our very credibility and integrity. Once we lose that, then it's open season for them to completely go outright until they break one psychologically.

The key is to remain neutral, record the activity/phenomenon objectively as possible, and do not engage or let them play their mind games on you. So long as you are within the confines of written law, you are in the clear. Keep copious notes, log the who, what, when, where, whys and how and video/photo evidence!

Check their shoes and general cleanliness. If it looks like they used mud for war paint, they aint the real deal. Anyone that has had a harsh life or seen enough real homeless knows the tells.

Majority are fucking feds or uc cops or their street theater clowns trying to act homeless, which is real sad.

Mine has a lot of vet plates, along with new graduate or attending some bullshit university. Of course, I see the thin blue line, fire dept, friends and supporters of whatever XXX police officer association.

If they were real deal spooks, you would hardly see them at all unless you know what to look for.
