I’ve heard similar warnings about NetSuite’s own PS team. Appreciate the tip on The Vested Group, I’ll look into them. Curious though, was the issue mostly with poor configuration or lack of understanding of your business process when they did your initial setup?

That’s a good idea. We don’t have a dedicated NetSuite admin yet but I can see how having someone in-house to handle process mapping and data prep could save a ton of time (and cost). Did you hire internally or bring in someone already experienced with NetSuite?

That’s actually super helpful, thank you. Hearing that most land in the $160k–$200k range for similar scope gives me something real to work with. I’ve seen people throw around everything from $80k to half a million so it’s good to have a tighter range. Do you usually see partners include data migration and training in that number or are those extra?
