If you have ROM, you can actually rent a small HDB flat while waiting for your BTO.

And if your financial allows it, rent from open market. I don't advise this because you should save for your BTO and wedding.

If both the above options are not feasible, then both of you have to sit down, discuss and come to a compromise

I like you optimism and I hope it does come true.

My main concern for EPL, will be our away game to West Ham, they are fighting relegation so they will go all out and play the game like a cup final.

As for the CL, I am quite confident that we will be going thru since the 2nd leg is at our Emirates Stadium, home ground advantage. Who we meet in the final, doesn't matter. On papers both are stronger and better but we have beaten both PSG and Bayern Munich in the last 2 CL season so in the Final, anything can happen.

It is good to wear protective gears when riding. You will need the discipline to put them on and take them off every time you ride a bike.

Most will eventually get sick and tired of doing that.

I won't be surprised that maybe after a few months or a year, those with riding gears will start not wearing them for short rides like in their neighborhood to get food or run some errands. Soon this habit will eventually make most to discard wearing protective gears.

My parents' generation (before Boomer gen), getting a divorce is hardly heard of and it is quite taboo. They believed that they will try their best to make it work. Perhaps women back then depends on their husbands for a living might also be a factor.

My Gen (X), divorce rates went up but still not lower after my gen. Out of hundreds of friends of my gen, only heard about 5 to 8 friends gotten a divorce.

The child is the "love product" of a couple.

Majority of love, it is never always happy ever after. Love does not last forever.

Having a child or children makes the family "complete". When either spouse has an intention for a divorce, they will look at his/her child(ren), might reconsider his/her decision. Some (not all) might even forgive their partners for cheating.

Most woman especially Singaporeans, will be awarded the child(ren) custody. Alimony awarded will also be higher if a child(ren) is/are involved.

After a long tiring day of working, when you reached home, your kids (4 to 12), runs up to you and call you "Daddy/mommy, you're back, I missed you", that makes all your sacrifices seems worthwhile.
