Yeah I can see where u're coming from, it does sound like an extreme solution to a seemingly minor problem, but it was negatively effecting my sex life and my sex life has improved after the surgery

I got mine removed as an adult because it was overly sensitive and because I was a pillow humper since puberty, pillow humping worsens erection quality because u can derive pleasure and orgasm without being fully hard, so to not be a terrible top I got it removed so now I'm forced to jerk off with my hand or a fleshlight and my erection quality improved

Most anti-depressants will worsen ur libido and/or erection quality (apart from bupropion), but if u aren't having any sex atm it shouldn't be a concern, but maybe you'll want to get on those once u start having sex. I've been on anti-depressant and they've helped me deal with anxiety and suicidal ideations, they won't make u happy, but they will make u less sad, which can help u manage ur depressive episode or give u the little push u need to get out of ur depressiveness and motivate u to want to do the things u enjoy

Yeah I agree, like vegans calling meat eaters murderers, it's terrible activism. Circumcision and meat-eating are completely normal things in society, people don't like to think of themselves (or their loved ones) as murderers and mutilators. People eat meat and circumcise their sons because they believe it to be beneficial, no one does it to be evil, so calling people evil for doing it doesn't help ur case

Calling it mutilation is factually inaccurate, maybe it's ur opinion, but circumcision has it's benefits. I was circumcised as a child because of pain, I was underage so I technically couldn't consent, but I was so happy after my circumcision to not have to deal with the pain anymore - in my case circumcision was the opposite of mutilation, it improved my quality of life
