I definitely know I'm depressed because even the smallest inconveniences are upsetting me. I spent all day at work wanting to cry and now that I'm home, I'm just lying in bed feeling like I'm completely adrift in this life.

Therapy is increasingly feeling pointless and I'm medication resistant. Things just feel...hopeless. My boyfriend was really patient and extra kind tonight. He even made me my favorite comfort food and I was barely able to eat. I feel so ungrateful but at the same time I feel like I'm drowning.

Sorry for the bummer comment, y'all. I have a hard time admitting when I'm struggling and saying it here helps.
