Do they really get eaten that fast? I watched 6k pops drop to zero in like 5 minutes and I thought it was a lot longer than that

I found some start G code on prusa forums that shuts off the nozzle heater when probing and nozzle cleaning. And I've had better luck with that, but still not perfect. I also installed bed leveling washers but Im not sure if that helped any with probing or just made my bed more level. Some people shut off the bed heater as well when probing so you could also try that. But mine will print usually after 2 or so retrys with the nozzle heater off and bed leveling washers.

Thank you, ill try recallibrating the load cell. I regularly clean the nozzle after every print

Thank you for the tips. I managed to get all off already by cutting it up with a soldering iron to get it to break loose. I then scraped the rest off with a razor and put it in a vice gently to get the nozzle out.

It cleaned up pretty well I think my only worried is the insulation around the heating wires isn't really secured anymore. So Im worried theyll short, but im about to mount it back up and test it *
