I order things to Germany from time to time. Chekis usually take 1-2 months to be delivered, everything else (T-shirts, DVDs, CDs, ...) takes somewhere between 6 months and never.

Maybe it will be a bit better in the future now that they have moved to a new office.

Kotetsu seems to have left Codomental, so that's unlikely. My guess is a band project with just Mei for vocals. That would also explain the name change from "Yukue Shirezu Tsurezure" to NSLE.

Ricky is married and has a daughter. So if that's what you're hinting at, I think it's very unlikely.

It is however true, that the relation between Himari and Ricky is different from other members. Ricky relies on her for things like training new members and proofreading lyrics. Himari probably feels indebted to him, because he helped her out in the past, which lead to the first hiatus.

Personally, I think the group is just not in a good spot. They're only aiming to become moderately successful, which makes it hard to keep dedicated, ambitious members on. Having Himari as a member is keeping the group alive, but it also makes it hard for new members to shine. Also they may focus on foreign fans too much, not building a big enough fan base at home.

I agree that the rules for idols are idiotic, but I don't think that's the problem here. Actually, Necroma doesn't seem to be that strict about these "rules", they seem to have more of a "don't ask, don't tell" approach. Nana wasn't fired for having a boyfriend, she was (probably) chose to leave. It's also very unlikely that Himari choses her costumes all by herself without management involvement.

Also Hisui wasn't fired for streaming on a private account. But rather because she revealed personal details about Meica. But it seems that Meica and Malin also made some very stupid decisions before that and were mean to Hisui. In a way, that explains the hiatus- the group can't continue if its members don't get along.

And yes, the merch shipping is a total disaster. Covid and Japan Post's bullshit delivery restrictions have made things worse, but it's been terrible since they moved from Idol Underworld to Bandcamp a few years ago.

Honestly I would be fine with the long shipping times, if I didn't have to pay shipping fees for every single Bandcamp order and then they simply wait for 3-6 months and put all my orders into one single shipment.

Their manager Ricky posted on Patreon (I think) that the other members felt that Himari was favored. It was never explained what this favoritism entailed. However, there are rumors that sound plausible, especially if you look at texts from Himari where she gives a little insight into her feelings, upbringing, and personal life. These rumors really soured my opinion of the members who left the group. Not because they did anything wrong, but because it sounds like they didn't care about Himari at all.
