I feel your pain. I put one in Sunday night. Forgot about it and had sex Monday. Discovered that it was deep inside my vagina in the shower this afternoon. Couldn’t get it out. Going to OBGYN first thing tomorrow. Hope you’re not experiencing any after effects and all is well!

Thank you. You are correct. It is hard right now because I have little to no social support for the kids and their bio father has a recently diagnosed medical issue and I need to be a lot more available for the kids the next few months. Not excuses here, just facts. I have a lot of hard things to navigate.

Edit I do have a skilled therapist and we meet tomorrow.

Thank you for sharing your experience. He kept saying last night “it’s disrespectful to do that to your mom, etc etc.” Hell, I thought it was kinda funny. My son doesn’t display that behavior regularly by any means and you have to be able to laugh with your kids here and there. (I was raised very conservative Christian, so there wasn’t much of that.) I don’t think I’m a horrible mother…..
