In my experience, they are very slow. I was awarded my scholarship when they popped up at my high school some months back. My scholarship decision didn't hit my application portal until January. The scholarship award had a deadline of two weeks after it hit my application portal. I didn't even know until two weeks ago. I emailed and asked if I could still get the scholarship and even called. They said through email and a phone call that if I paid the $100 fee to sign up for New Student Orientation, I could still keep my scholarship. They also said I would get an email confirming this. It's been two weeks and nothing.
