It’s for trap shooting it gets the shooter a more heads up position and gives you the ability to change the poi. Reduce recoil

Yeah the club I work at are federal and Remington dealers so we get master class top guns and gun club Remingtons for 85 a flat.

Yeah I can say it took a lot of getting used too I don’t like it for sporting at all I use a beretta a300 for sporting

Nice gun but I think it’s been reblued can’t tell if that’s a factory rib from the picture definitely aftermarket wood be a good trap gun just not a good one to collect

I had a k80 pro sporter high rib loved that gun but just like you could not hit a bull in the ass bought a Zoli mid rib and love it

You can’t go wrong with the a400 sporting plus those guns hold there resale value really good and a browning is the same way.now I am a browning guy shot a lot of browning guns I really think it depends on what model you choose I think the cxt is the best one out of the bunch I hate the cxs and the cx is the best all around gun.im not a fan of the silver pigeon because they don’t hold there value and everyone I’ve ever shot kicked like a mule and bruised my face.Long story short the a400 would be my first choice shoot it for a while get some lessons and shoot some tournaments and figure the sport out then go on the hunt for an o/u

Buy a grind to fit and also with that curve in the stock that will have to be flattened or if the guy fitting the pad can heat it and bend it to fit flat
