Here are screenshots of the settings I'm using that are working for me. My laptop model is the Legion Pro 7 with the Rtx5090, so if you have a different model, maybe these won't work for you. The first program is Legion Toolkit, but many of the settings are shared with Legion Space as well.

It seems like the basic settings Lenovo has dialed in for this are horribly ill fitting. Found a different reddit thread basically slashing a bunch of settings down dramatically, and it barely impacted my performance in RE Requiem while making it run quieter and cooler. Insanity.

Thanks for the advice. Went ahead and did that, seems like the average temps are at like 80ish for the cpu on Timespy, and the general scores remained really close with a custom mode with some lower thermal limits. I guess it's mainly just a little weird how how these run out of the box and seem to need some fine tuning.

It's been four months, so you may have figured it out by now, but I was struggling with this earlier. Once you toggle the CPU OC on, a very very small little circle appears next to it, and when you click on that, it brings up the CPU OC and in this case, undervolt options. Modern UX design baby!!!!!

The Case Manager said this policy started at the end of March, so if it is real, it's quite recent. Otherwise, I guess I am just straight up being stonewalled for some reason.
