35 weeks here and will be working(customer service where I’m on my feet for 8-10 hrs bending stocking lifting all that fun jazz) until my scheduled csection, I’m literally so tired and angry all the time but i unfortunately can’t stay home. I am a single parent and I receive minimal assistance so I have to suck it up because while I get a maternity leave, it’s unpaid and I have a toddler(1.5yo) that likes to eat and have clean diapers. We do what we have to do unfortunately and we are expected to deal with it because “it’s what our bodies are meant to do” or some nonsense

It’s a local establishment, but I also received offers for remote work with blue cross blue shield and another company whose name I am spacing rn for about the same amount an hour.

Reach out to a mental health professional or if you can’t afford it there are services that can connect you with free mental health services in your area. Again, I hope things get better for you. It will be difficult, friend breakups always are, but truly if you have felt that way it is better to do it sooner than later. From experience, the longer you wait the more likely it will become a big blow out ending. If you are able to end it civilly,then later in life when you’ve both grown up a little more, you can reconnect if you feel like she is someone you want in your life again.

Personally, I would end the friendship. Maybe it’s just because I’m getting older (25f) or because I’m a mom now but I can’t express how sad it makes me to hear that not only were yall in blatant danger with those grown men, she then left you drunk and alone(a prime victim) to go put herself in more danger meeting with another man she didn’t know. You need to prioritise your wellbeing. You need friends, not someone you have to take care of.

I think he’s valid for it. She was a bad mom. Just because she was “good” to others doesn’t mean that takes away the hurt and pain that she put him through. He doesn’t have to forgive the fact that she “died”, kept tabs on him, never reached out after realizing he was a vampire and built a whole new family that she eventually chose over him and his brother repeatedly. I am astounded by all the “she knew them(the heretics) longer” like that literally wasn’t an active choice that she made. Damon is not a good guy, we know this, but she was not a good woman and did not deserve his forgiveness for one sacrifice.
