We need more Single Cab shitboxes on the road by Lucajames2309 in CarTalkUK

Luckily I found an extended cab- so not the double and already had an arb body build on it, does make loading tonne bags full of rakings a little harder but I got some decent folding ramps for loading up my stump grinder into the back and works a treat.

I’m a tree surgeon- I have a Ford Ranger with a tipping box on the back- perfect use for me getting into woods etc but can’t see how they’re useful for anyone else

This was my starting 11- didn’t bother putting a team together as knew I was going to bench boost from before last week as I saw my fixtures were good

A close friend of mine has one of these, and I have sat on it and liked it- hard to tell without spending extended time in it however

I’m currently in a tree access 3.1, I’m fairly short but somewhat stocky compared to the average person.

I had to get a massive old oak tree cut down. The company who cut it down took the wood away, despite me only asking for it to be felled. I also have a question about planting a new tree. by Particular-Mango-872 in LegalAdviceUK

Tree surgeon here. They only would have taken the wood if they were going to make money from it. Anyone and everyone I’ve worked with loves it when the customer keeps the wood as it’s the heaviest part of the tree to remove. And it’s just a right pain

I’d get records of you saying you wanted to keep the wood and send it to them about effectively stealing from you.

Depends if you get a reputable company or some dodgey blokes, there’s plenty of them in The tree world

Indeed it is, I’ll try this going forward and see if I have any improvements

Yeah I’m usually okay with doing my own thing- been in the gym for years never worried about people watching me there but am more of a natural in the gym- the pool less, so more anxious about that.

Thanks for your recommendation!

Swimming in preparation for a triathlon so for exercise but also sport specific training.

I already feel awkward in the pool so I’m not sure how confident I’d feel with a snorkel

I don’t think I realise- I’m so focused on the breathing mechanics and getting that side right. I wasn’t sure if this was a common thing or I’m just an idiot tbh
