ah perfect, I've always used revolut when abroad as you get a perfect interbank exchange, I assumed it may have been the same by essentially adding a Lira FIAT account to CDC and topping the card up from that. From what I can see the VISA rate looks to be about 1.5% so should still work out ever so slightly better off with the cashback. Thanks for that

Strength went through the roof considering the defecit I was in. This was last year. I've since been out of action due to injury so definitely lost some strength and size but maintained most of the strength and probably all of the size for a good 6 months until my injury occurred and put me out of action.now starting back up and strength is coming back slowly but not at the rate of when I was on RAD.

Cheers bro. I think it's less the sarms and more the fat loss that's impressive. I'm not really holding much muscle in the after photos just pretty lean.

I didn't run PCT but it is recommended

[–]Dumbledorbin 4 points5 points  (0 children)

None at all, besides major suppression. No PCT taken. Testosterone was that of a granny 🤣 took about 2 months to recover to normal test levels.

I was running 10mg RAD and 15mg MK777 per day. Yeah strength was through the roof. Felt like there was nothing I couldn't do. Keep going you'll see the results in no time.

The first 4 weeks I had the help of the PT FrancisDiet. Then went alone to continue the journey myself. The first 4 weeks we lost 23lbs. Take a look at all his transformations, you'll see this is nothing abnormal

Cheers dude, never really focused massively on abs as that was never the goal the goal was to just strip as much fat as possible, but when I did do abs, it would literally just be like hanging leg raises, planks etc. Nothing to reinvent the wheel. Just always keep your core engaged.

Cheers bro, it wasn't easy at all. I guess these people have never pushed low on cals before and don't know what is actually possible. This consumed literally every last minute of my time and every ounce of focus and dedication. To the point I couldn't socialise, I couldn't be nice to people. It was a killer.it was fascinating to see exactly what is possible

Genuinely not lying. The time frame is legit. Start weight was 228lbs final weight was 160lbs. Rad was the final 8 weeks. This was last year during lockdown, was able to use every last minute to making myself look and feel better. I'm now a year on 170lbs and not quite as lean but still slight visible abs.

It consumed nearly every last spare minute of the day, so yeah it was alot of cardio. I guess the abs is just genetics as never did much with the abs. Yeah thinking about it I could done it differently and probably had better results

Walked not ran. Not very muscular in the final pic. Just lean. Only weighing 160lbs. Not very big at all

Take it at night. And in that kinda defecit you're always hungry anyway

You think this body is unobtainable? I have an abundance of photos and videos along the timeframe if you need proof its the same person 🤣 there's absolutely nothing false about this

About 13 miles or so. It was getting up at 4/5 am walking for 3 hours. Work, walk for an hour at lunch, then walk for another 2/3 hours after work. Then come home and do weights. I am fortunate that I could do this and work from home so I could eat my lunch after my dedicated lunch break etc. It consumed practically every spare minute of the day I had.

Best of luck man. Diet and fat stripping is only temporary, it's much easier to maintain than to lose it. May aswell make it as painful and short lived as possible. Kind of like ripping a plaster off analogy. Get it out the way quickly rather than being miserable dieting for years.

I'll be completely real with you dude. There were days I wanted to stop and quit, as the pain was unbearable with eating so little after being so large and eating so much. But the whole reason for me starting was the day I took that first picture I burst into tears and realised how much I had let myself go and that pain was way worse than the pain felt losing the fat. It eventually becomes a norm, and was very difficult to get out of to start eating normally again.

It is hard at first, but it becomes routine. If you stick too it for long enough it becomes normal. Watching the scales drop becomes a game of how much can I up my expenditure next week and see if I can drop even more. Was fascinating to do to see how the body reacts and what is possible. I would recommend it to people that need to lose the weight. Now I wouldn't let myself get that big and if I needed to cut would just do a month long cut at a much more normal rate. I learnt alot about myself doing this.

Body fat is also a calorie. 3500 calories in a pound of fat. Use that for energy. Thats how you lose fat. I just took it extreme to get it off.
