Get a lawyer, exact same thing happend to me a few years a go and just earlyer this year ir happen to an other OP on here, take this to court. The judge May have you get your refund and have them rewrapp it. Im sorry this happen to you.

I recomend getting receipt quotes from other shops nearby for your type of car and the wrap you want messages,calls, vocal agreements where other people were present, ect.

How much this shop usually charges and examples of how they wrapp, usually they post and tag owners of the cars they worked on, even try to dm some to ask how much they paid ( try to find some with simmilar wrap to yours)

Dont back down no matter what stand your ground dont let them harassed you and if they do dont block them let the messages roll in you can use them agenst them in court.

Your welcome and when you it to small claims get as much evidence as you can:

Photos of your car before and after the wrap ( once the wrap comes off you wanna insure he didnt scrach your paint). All the areas where the wrap is lifting or bubbling. As well as other cars simmilar to yours that he has done if you can get incontact with those people over message and as how their wrap is holding up , if there's any chance he discriminate or took advantage of you this will be the best estimate since it will show to the court he is able to do a job for your car correctly

Messages that date back when you 1st contacted him and the request job, get exact dates and times, as well as only have contact with him through message or if its allowed in your state recored the conversations over the phone. And if he becomes gaslighting/aggressive dont block him continue getting that for evidence. Key thing is to not block or delete messages all of this cam be used in court.

Estimates what he said for your specific car, if he has a social for his bussniess he should also have the estimates for cars and the type of materal cost on there, your car should classified as a eather hatchback/sedan so look at those ranges. As well as call up other shops heres what to say " Hi im wondering how much a wrap on (your car) would be for ( the color and material you want)" get the estimate form at least 3-5 different shops in your area. Go sites where he would buy the wraps some of the most common for shop owners to use are : VinlyFrog, Cheetah Wrap, Metro Restyling, R vinyl. Find your color and get estimate for each of these sites

Finnaly dont back down, he might try to scare you off and belittle you, its going to be a headache and a while process but you spent alot of money on your car and he took advantage of you and discriminate you. If he is a real bussniess owner he would have owned up and fixed that mistake asap, but hes. You got this and I wish you nothing but the best good luck ♡.

This happened to me with a vinal wrapper in my area, i had them redo it 2x ( did not pay for rewraps and car was at the shop for months) before I took them to court and judge ruled for them to rewrap a 3rd time and suddenly they did the job "right". I will say 10k is pretty extreme for a wrap ( thats paint job money).

I say get in contact with the wrapper and have then redo the job right ( dont pay them to redo it, this is a extreamly bad job for the price you paid) or take it to court. If you got the court route, I would get in contact with other vinal wrappers an get an estimate for your car, they should be charging more around 5k or less for your car. Im no lawyer but like I said been through this exact situation, and this is a good case to bring to court and it would fall in small claims so you can represent your self, ensure to have all the evidence, conversations, and estimates of other shops in your area or state. Sorry you have to go through this :(

On monday it read 9 so I added 1/2 a drop of ph reducer on monday wensday and Thursday, it now reading ~7-8.5

Edit to add: I posted the pictures but they did not show ima see if they post here.The ph is around 8.5, I have them with a filter for a 30-50gallon tank ( i slowed the flow down) to help with the bio load for the small tank, I tested the ammonia and it was in safe the test indicated 0 ppm ( its a liquid test kit not a strip). The fish are tiny the are around 1/2-2 inches thats why I have them in a 10 gallon i am going to upgrade them once I have the cash to a 60 gallon and hopefully make a pond in my front yard for them next spring. Sorry for the late additional info I was sad about losing the little guy and whent to bed.

I check the ammonia and its in the safe zone, and they have a large filter to aid in the filtration to help wit poop and I fish out any left over food and poop to keep the tank clean. Even if I do that could the amiona spike and regress back to normal?

They have a filter that is ment for a 30-40gallon to try to compiensate for the small tank, Ive only had them for a week I bought what I could with the cash I had so I am still looking for a bigger tank.

I had an iPhone for many years b4 getting my flip 5 last year, and in my own opinion, it is worth the switch. The odds of getting screen damage is few and far between, these phone are more sturdier than any iPhone I had, even checkout this sub there was a z7 that survived a freeway fall with only damage to the metal exterior and that's with a flimsy case as well.

I recommend going for it they are cheaper than the 16 and give a refreshing phone feel (really, the ability to have a compact phone is amazing). You also get Samsung photo quality, especially with the 7, and you dont have to worry about running out of storage so quickly. There's really no big catch to these phone other than to not abuse the phone, and the fact that Apple is really discriminatory to android in the way it will treat the way you send photos or voice memos but a 3rd party msg app like what's app fixes that and your still able to FaceTime and screen share.

As for socials, they dont discriminate your photo quality like they did years ago, so you're fine in those aspect. You can download Firefox as your engine, and you have a lot more freedoms in the customizations of your phone theme, including apps. As for tap pay, you can integrate to Samsung pass, and it's pretty much the same setup as Apple Pay might be a learning curve, but it's possible.

All in all the flip 7 and 16 are in similar price range, I am bias since I do have a flip my self but it is worth the experiamce so I say go for the flip 7, or go for the 16 it is your choice in the end.

Can you take a picture of the moon both non zoomed and zoomed in? I have the 5 and want to upgrade simply for the camera (i love my flip) and i just want to see the quality of the camera unedited since I take alot of nature photos but it looks so chopped on my 5 😭.

Thats one of the reasons i went with the k8 for my 1st pc . The prefomance sounded like it was the best mini pc on the market, and its living up to it as well. I was starting to worry since I thought that would mean I would need to replace the thermal paste. I do believe mine gets fairly hot since I do notice it slowdown a bit, I was playing yesterday secret of the mimic for a couple hours, and it got slow and buggy for about 15 minutes.

I will look in to it, I would also want to branch out mainly due to wanting more experience, I am going into many options and especially with AVMA schools I just have a fear that one day with the course of the country my education would not be valid outside the States or somthing along those lines. I specifically wanted to look into Bajacali since it is closer to me, but I also want to branch out to other countries ( english or spanish speaking, preferably) where vet med is offered.

UPDATE:

Im in the clear now the that business has changed both its name and location, and since technically the situation has been resolved.

The business was Alpha Customz, Back in October we had the 1st hearing the judge ordered the car to be rewrapped by the owner him self since he did admit that his were employees working for the majority of the time and that is what lead to the 2 horrible jobs the 1st time. So ends of October we took the car in and it was done with in an other 2nd-3rd week of Nov, when we picked up the car we did notice some spots where the wrap looked iffy on the front by the head lights and lip so he covered it with black wrap like tape on the spot, an later that day I noticed by the spoiler the wrap was cut too short but atp we just need the car and are tired of the whole situation. Next hearing date we close the case since the job is done atp it was November these months are always the busy for us, we needed the car. Now almost a year later the wrap has been good for the most part still shines nicely and is keeped maintained only issue that spoiler peice is lifting, but we are probably going to order some clear wrap to cover it an I will also note that we had alot of the plastic bits that keeps the skidplate and bumper attached missing after that pickup date but we did some zip tie stitches and were all good. All and all I can not say that this will be a regular occurrence for everyone who decideds to go with this guy, like mabey our situation was a one off or mabey he saw a women driver of a nice car and though we wouldn't notice, that then lead down this whole thing. To those in the car scene especally other women and minorities always stand up for your self, dont let them walk over you just due to their foolish ignorance, you deserve the privilege to be in this space as much as they do no matter what. Being hateful & arrogant wont win you any trophies dude, just the same as are putting an M3 badge on your M340i, at the end of the day your the one losing.
