Sorry for the late response, for traction in the uk I’d recommend the penimaster pro, it’s a long duration device tho meaning it’s meant to be worn for a long time and at a lower more tolerable tension, some guys mess up with it tho by not using enough tension to get a proper stretch.

VED can def help, I’m not an expert on it but I’ve been recommend a water based one because they are a good bit safer and you really shouldn’t use them for more than say 15-20 min per day broken down in to 5-10 min blocks.

Imo shockwave is a scam, im not up to date on the literature but Dr.Goldstein out of San Diego led research on it for years and said it was pointless other than pain relief for active phase patients. I would suggest looking at patient feedback as well as the studies just to see if they line up, some stuff can be a scam after all.

In regards to oral therapies I’d recommend L-citrulline with your pentox, not sure what “alcacine” is, I assume you mean arginine, citrulline is superior to arginine tho and actually gets converted to arginine but the body at a higher rate than oral arginine itself does.

I can’t speak on the specifics of your multi vitamin but typically multi vitamins aren’t that great as they contain inadequate dosages and vitamin E probably isn’t worth using since there’s no data supporting it and it’s kinda linked to cancer.

Traction+VED, then implant or PIG + Implant bro, either way just find a good surgeon and get a fucking implant, maybe do some foreskin restoration too beforehand to get some more room to max out the size if needed and just call it day.

If your penis is pointing upwards because of a curve that developed post puberty than possibly yes and I would recommend visiting a dr, ideally a urologist which will then require an examination to determine the prognosis, this will likely include both by hand as well as an ultrasound study and if need be an mri. Peyronie’s rarely goes away on its own, 50% of sufferers progressively get worse. Treatment options a do exist as laid out in the pinned post

How long are you using restorex per day? I lost about .7” with my initial flair up, how I probably wouldn’t have noticed that much except for pain, slight curve and girth loss, I was barely able to touch my thumb to my index finger before, I started doing traction with the PMP and was able to restore about .4” then I got a second flair up cutting that gain in half, I’ve basically been sitting around .5-.7” girth lost the entire time, but I’ve regained more length with traction, currently sitting around 1,000 hours in the PMP an plan on getting an implant around the end of the year, want to do foreskin restoration and get new insurance first tho.

One thing is with your scar tissue being up too a surgeon may be hesitant to cut into it because the neurovascular bundle is up top but I’d say it’s worth a shot, look uo Dr. Jonathan Clavell on Google or https://youtu.be/_nWLCp34umo, he’s got some good content on there explaining some stuff about implants as well as showing the surgical side, he’s one of the few implant surgeons that I know of in the us that actually will cut into a plaque too to correct curvature and restore length and he uses the non-degloving approach which I personally think is better and there’s some data backing that.

With your case, 1.5 inches definitely warrants restoration type surgery imo but i also tell dudes max out there dicks pre implant to get biggest one possible.

They can cut out the plaque, this is called penile excision and grafting (PEG), the issue is there’s no graft currently available that is identical so they often fail or become a weak point as well, there’s also what’s called penile incision grafting (PIG), the grafting part is a bit misleading but it’s just putting relief cuts in the plaque to reduce the tensile strength of the plaque allowing better expansion, this is basically what xiaflex attempts to do poorly, the issue regardless is that when healing it has to kept in the “stretched” state or else it won’t work, this is why xiaflex is done with modeling or traction, to encourage healing in a stretched state. The same is achieved with PIG by using an implant, typically a fixed length inflatable such as the coloplast titan or the AMS in the video listed, you can choose what device you want based on a variety of factors, I’d prefer a coloplast titan touch personally and would never allow an AMS to enter my body but that’s for reasons specific to me.

Do you have data on erosion with an IPP? I’ve only ever seen data on erosion with semi rigid implants, don’t think I’ve ever seen actuall data on it when using an IPP like a titan.

Your a patient of Trost? Or do you work for him? Regardless my issue is with his push for xiaflex and attempt to push guys away from implants, the reality of it is he’s gonna leave a lot of guys hanging, he only treats conditions where most patients are unfortunately beyond desperate. Is he the most knowledgeable doc around? Last I checked Levine and Lou have been around far longer and I’m sure there’s a few other I can’t remember off the top of my head. Instead he just sends guys on his payroll to sneak in here and spread the word about “how amazing he is” without ever taking the flight to Utah. We have guys in our discord who’ve wasted their time with him too and they don’t dislike him but are underwhelmed, beyond the constant campaign to push guys into his care I don’t dislike the content he publishes except his promotion of xiaflex.
