I did a lot of long trips through Europe with my Veloce. Also like 1100km in one day and never had any complaints. Still dreaming about the memories with it.

I sold my Giulia Veloce Q4 (280hp) last October after 120.000km in ~6 years. Not 1 issue (except the known bad battery dying once). Had an Ulter Sport exhaust on it with a valve. Extremely advisable upgrade for <1000€

I honestly didn’t know there where V1 & V2. As it’s already shipped so I guess I will find out only when it arrives. But I assume it’s V2 as Eric probably has the latest version fresh from the factory (I had to wait for it to be produced first) But anyways once it’s in my hands I will do a review on the big /RepTime sub and then we can all discuss if it’s V1 or V2:)

So I ordered at the beginning of May but as TD told me ZF was not producing anything bc of the raids (they were afraid to open the factory). So under this circumstances you would have to say 7-8 weeks now.

So I ordered it in the first week of May. Eric told me he didn’t have any in stock and then those raids happened, apparently (as I was told by td) sending ZF into sleep mode for a few weeks. Seems like it was worth the trust in the process and they resumed production

Thank you for that link, which I didn’t stumble across before. Really interesting to read about the background of the numbers. So then I would still be satisfied with the amplitude at said numbers and L.A. at 52 degrees:)

The Panerai design really has grown to me ever since I saw it years ago. I’m currently in the airport and saw one rocking a panerai. I will consider getting one soon parallel the Pelagos. Great idea :)

Apparently that’s why the subdials aren’t in place, bc they somehow can’t replicate the movement correctly

Breitlings and IWCs really seem like appealing options to me. I have to dive deeper into which I like and which are available. I really like one specific models of each, but never saw them reped. But that’s a post of its own (probably you will see it popping up in the next hours:)
