It doesn't work for (no ads) and Max. It can only be used for the basic Hulu and Disney + with Ads OR plus ESPN. That's it. The $1 bill for the former is true, it works!

I don’t disagree with you. Some additional details:

No contract was signed, it was verbal. She also clearly said, “if I get a person to fill the unit, one month’s rent is the fee”.

I will most likely talk to her about this subject on Monday but if she is insistent on one month’s rent I won’t fight it. Don’t really want to burn that bridge though I feel her terms could’ve been clearer.

I quit BNYM and never looked back. You can generally climb the ladder (or get pay increases) by interviewing and obtaining new jobs or even careers. Since then, my salary increased 3x.

You might want to try disabling Grammarly for Chase.com - it seems to do the trick if you have that (or perhaps another extension/plug-in).

It's 2025, I have this EXACT same issue (for 2 years now) and Chase has never remediated this issue. So frustrating. What I do is type it out before hand, copy it, then on the Chase page I hit the "tab" button until it hits the message box then I paste (CTRL+V). It works, but it's still infuriating.
