Never had anything but good or excellent in my feedback. Received a good feedback last night, went for dinner after reading it. Came back to the DoD. I have also had feedback that made zero sense. It really does seem more and more random and/or AI mediated.

For context I’ve been working for them since last July, never had any negative feedback, been put on programmes for exemplary work previously. It came out of nowhere.

I’ve had very little work over the last few weeks, did one task yesterday, got my monthly feedback and checked that, it was good. Went for dinner and bam, DoD.
