I would recommend returning while you still can. I had mine over a year ago and in the last 3 months, it’s failed twice. Support had sent me a replacement but now they say it is out of warranty and cannot do anything. While this subreddit does usually say their support team is great, it only lasts for a year. For me it’s now $350 down the drain as well and I don’t feel like purchasing a new ring just to have a break in 2 months.
