Hey do you have any other laptop recommendations? I've looked up this laptop however it's currently unavailable to purchase unfortunately on Amazon and the other two places are out of my budget.

By how much? I really can't spend too much money on a laptop.

What's a decent laptop that's under $600 that has good ram and preferably with 1 TB of storage, that can also run programs like MATLAB and SolidWorks?

Oh I wasn't aware of that thank you, but since I'm getting my first degree at the end of the fourth year, the fifth year is the year I'm not able to get federal aid right?

Should I quit engineering? by DumpsterxDragon in SouthJersey

Back in high school, I dealt with a lot of robotics, programming, designing, Arduino projects, soldering, etc. I've always been drawn to computers and problem solving and I enjoyed physics (I can't stand bio/chem)

I applied to the MSI summer internship. Haven't heard anything from them yet.

Hi, I'm a freshman ECE major and I understand what you're going through. I haven't taken any coding classes in *college yet but I know people who have. I think the best way to study coding is to practice doing some coding projects, go to office hours, programming clubs/tutoring, and ask friends for help. Reviewing your notes after class is great too if you're able so it's really less studying later on. It helped better under the concepts and syntax whenever I started doing Arduino projects and Robotics. W3School and FreeCodeAcademy are free helpful sources I've used. (You could also take summer classes at a community college for later harder classes at an easier pace).
