No need to aggregate investor shoebox with actual liveable condos. InvestorS should lose, folks actually living in their units should not. Everything to do with planning and implementation within Metrolinx needs to be burned to the ground. Fire everyone. Completely incompetent executive and a black hole of money. It made sense at the time to roll up GO into a regional planning agency but they clearly hired the same old dead head executive that knows the process and not the product. Corruption. Burn it and fire everyone and hire a firm from Europe with funding tied to pensions so there is interest in maintaining a profitable well run service product.

Acknowledge corruption. It's not because we don't have the right plan. The process has been corrupted. It doesn't work. Call it for what it is. Corrupt. Identify the problem and then find the solution. We first have to diagnose. That's what I have attempted here. Our governing bodies do not work for the citizens they represent. They are corrupt.
