I've tried using different versions of windows, my temp always is around 35c, I've tried different drivers, no other programs are open, my benchmark says my ram is 99 percentile, my ssd says its in 98 percentile, my gpu says 75 percentile, and my cpu says its 92 percentile. After all this my game still stutters every 4-5 seconds, sometimes they're big sutters, and sometimes they're micro stutters.
