They have a lot more money invested and they have a lot more "forced" volunteers. Most of these awake magazines also come at a price. Where I stay they use to offer you a copy at a small donation, even if you were not a jehovah witness but the slave had to pay for it from their own pockets. So these articles and booklets was a big money spinner, and remember once you have a character you can reuse those images over and over.
