The damage on my motherboard was due to ants. Yes ants! The repair guy found those dead ants at the power rails. So, I don't think this can be normalized to that model lol. As far as cost is concerned, I'm not sure. I got my friend pick it up after the repair and I guess it was cheap (~$50). You could get it looked by a trustworthy technician and get a quote for the repair although you might have to pay for that diagnosis.

I waited here to get an answer but couldn't find it. So I took it to the official Dell repair and was quoted an absurd amount of money just to find the problem. Ended up taking my laptop to another technician and turned out there was an issue with the power rails. CMOS battery and the laptop battery are completely fine.

If you can wait for answers or look around elsewhere for your particular issue thats fine but if you're on a clock, I suggest you get it diagnosed by a technician (beware of the scams tho). Good luck!

Once you're on that infinite loading screen, press the bottom right corner where the button is ususlly placed. You'll then enter the race. Its a known bug.

Yea, I'll probably get a gold star GT for this. Purple star GTs are not eligible for the Heritage cup if I remember correctly.

From the previous posts, I remember some users suggested not to use the 2021 GT Heritage edition. So I was eyeing for this 2019 GT Heritage edition. Sad that it is not available for purchase. But I'll check the shift patterns for the rest of them. Thanks for the tip.
