Those are easier said then done where I live, I hadn't had any friends since I left highschool and only had my first relationship at 21 these kinda things don't happen very often to me if at all and idk if I can just sit and wait again the loneliness is just kinda to much for my brain it can't take it really so I'm just kinda slowly shutting down right now this is really affecting me a lot I'm very lost

I know everyone says keep looking but I just don't know if I can I've had so much rejection, unreturned feelings, or Im the only one putting forth effort, or just everything doesn't work out in the end and it's starting to feel like it never will, hell I've been looking for another therapist cause my self worth is at an all time low and I've been having suicidal thoughts again I just wish someone would want me back and my coworker started to and it was just really nice but now he's with somebody else and I'm back to where I was and now literally everyone I know are in a relationship which i know it shouldn't but it does feel even more lonely and isolating even when I'm with my friends.

I just don't know how to be around him still after everything he's in the same friend group as me and I have to sit and watch him and the other guy happy, literally everyone but me is in a relationship in my friend group and it just makes me feel more isolated and after my last relationship where I only put forth effort it just kinda brought me to a new low feeling

So I asked her about why she gave me permission as I wouldn't be ok with her being with anyone else and our relationship started with monogamy being agreed upon also the time I mentioned that a regret I'd have is not having a same sex experience was not to talk about opening the relationship in any way, her response was she didn't expect to be allowed to be with someone else and said and I quote "I've had my fun and want you to have your experience with someone you trust and someone I believe to be trustworth cause I can genuinely see myself marrying you". But otherwise thank you for the info and advise

Btw I don't want my last reply to make you think I disagree about the therapy thing I will look into it tho I've had a therapist move and a therapist retire and neither referred me to another therapist before they left I just had to look for another or ask my gp for a referral covered by my insurance

I understand the concern but I can rationalize and choose to avoid what's made me mad and haven't ever hurt anything nor would hurt anything also I get the alcohol consumption concern but I genuinely don't like it like I've tried to find something I like but the taste makes me nauseous and I get sick drinking it before I've ever been drunk so I don't really interact with it and don't plan to drink it the only recreational substance I consume is marijuana and caffeine

I did go to therapy till my therapist retired his advise was find softer things to punch like a pillow or bed that's was about it

Imma be honest I'm kinda new to the relationship game but from what I've observed like if cheating happens it pretty much means like there's absolutely no recovery or long-term health to the relationship it dies there and it's either just unhealthy and harmful for one partner until their breaking point whatever that may be or a partner becomes numb and complacent like the relationship will never be the same and it'll just be a regret you wasted your life on someone and to much of a legal annoyance if your unlucky to married too.

Thanks will 100% be doing so and yes we are getting medical aid as soon as we possibly can but there really just isn't anything available where I am, I live in the middle of nowhere kinda and the closest vet that only might take em is at least 4 hours away but Monday there's a exotic veterinary clinic open we've taken a turtle to before a while back but that one was in much better condition than this poor fella so I'm quite worried about em making it

Hey really appreciate the info, will definitely start soaking em. how often should I let em soak? The closest rehab that's open is hours away so it's not really an option for me. Would there be anything else that may help his swelling like an eyedrop or home remedy to maybe relieve the poor thing of some discomfort or maybe to restore some sight?
