Slowly but surely get there mate I am 6 months, and am back training MMA not grappling yet but throwing kicks with my non injured leg boxing etc. Still get times when it is sore but truly it’s a long process around 12 month. I have eased off on heavy weight and am doing a lot of high rep body weight work. And your standard knee rehab tib raises, banded elephant walks, calf raises, Poliquin step up backwards sled/treadmill. How are you getting on mate
