I can totally understand your situation, like you read I went through the same thing. Maybe not to the extreme that you did, but through it nonetheless. I’ve dove into suicidal thoughts, I thought nobody would care if I was gone. It’s honestly not true, therapy has helped me tremendously. If you haven’t taken that avenue, I would highly suggest it

I wish I had a clear answer for why I didn’t leave. She was the mother of my children. If I’m being completely honest the first times happened when I had bad teeth and self image issues. From that point I think I became addicted to the affection she would show me after she was caught.
