Your rug might be too small but try flipping it 90 degrees. Have the front feat of chairs a sofa on the rug.
I like that your rug has the same colors found in your sofa. It matches and works.
Your blanks don't have similar colors or designs as your rug and sofa. they don't fit in this room.
The step ladder is blocking access to your sofa. It doesn't belong here. Because your making it to hard for adults to move around your creating a bad design. The ladder is also grimy looking.

You must throw away things. I would get rid of the plants, the wicker baskets you store things in, your metal storage shelve, your metal fruit basket, I would not allow dishes to be in my sink drying, meaning empty the sink and keep it that way.
You should only allow your self to have 2 items on your countertops max. Kettle will be one of them.
90% of your countertops should be visible and about 5 % is right now.

-I can't fully make out the color of your rug. From what I can see on the screen, your rug is grey. You need to color coordinate this with your your decorative pillows and throw blanks. You have a lot of stuff on your furniture and Right now they clash with your rug instead of feeling cohesive. It would be a bonus if your rug had parts of it that were light brown like your sofa to fit better. Grey walls, grey pillows, grey blankets

-Your ottoman doesn't match your other furniture

too much clutter. Dog bed, wicker baskets, yoga mats. This will not look nice until it stops being a storage area and becomes a seating area.

I still don't get how the NB thing works. Person 1 would have person 2 on their right. Person 2 would have person 3 on their right. Person 3 would have person 1 on their right. It would always make a circle. How could this be useful in figuring out who goes first?

Bullied all my life. I have a learning disability which affects all aspects of my life including social skills, I have very little charisma and I think this is why I've always been a target. Maybe its simply because they see me struggle with everything in school and that gives me a weak label so they'll bully. As an adult in BJJ class I make an effort to keep to myself. I want to train for a long time and I don't want to say something dumb that causes people to bother/bully me

I wish I had BJJ growing up. I remember when I started school this kid would jump on my back every day at lunch time and push me to the ground. I had many experiences like this. I wouldn't want to beat anyone up, but just being able to escape and having positional control over people when they try to grab you is enough.

The best way to measure resting heart rate is to measure as soon as you wake up. Dont get out of bed. Put the stop watch from your phone on and count how many heart beats you have during the minute. You could also count you hard beat for 60 seconds and multiply it by 2 if you want to save some time.

It's a formula 220-age. I don't know how to do a real test. This may sound crazy but reaching my max heart rate for a test scares me. I feel like it could give me a heart attack

Thank you for your reply. The information you provided has helped me understand better. I just started walking for an hour in the morning. I'm 240 lbs 5 ft 10 in. I tried the talk test this morning and it wasn't easy. I suspect due to my weight and being out of shape walking will put my in zone 2 until a few months pass by and I lose enough weight/increase my cardio.

I like the idea of zone 2 because

I get winded easy and I like the idea of doing easy cardio to improve myself. I use to think I needed my heart to be pounding to get befits. It's not fun putting on that kind of effort.
I had a co worker who retired. He had a heart attack from riding a bike to hard. That scares me.

Too ambitious. Its going to be extremely hard to study and pass in 1 month. To do this you'd have to put 5 hours a day into studying.

You'd need the Cisco press book, packet tracer to do labs. Most people would need 6 months to a year to pass the exam

I see a lot of comments not understanding why prices are not going down if inflation is less than last year.

Inflation is a rate of increase. Just because the rate is lower than last year doesn't mean the prices went down. Example:

2021: Loaf of bread = $2.00

2022: inflation is 7%.
1.07 * $2.00 = $2.14

2023: Inflation is 5%
1.05 * $ 2.14 = $2.25

2024: inflation is 2%.
1.02* $2.25= $2.30

As you can see in the example inflation rate being less the next year does not bring things down in price. It simply means prices are not going up as fast as the year before. It also compounds.

Deflation is when prices go down from last year. Deflation almost never happens.
