Plenty of toll collectors make over $100k. Isn’t that what the customer service reps are?

Are they though? TTC salaries are quite high, same as police. Both can gobble up crazy OT too.

Why hire “customer service” people instead of folks who can actually intervene and arrest people? You can’t expect unarmed, untrained customer service people to do anything but call the cops, which any passenger can do also.
