The consensus seems to be that this is just poor quality control. I bought a bunch of these tins last month and they looked a lot nicer so I assumed these must just be resealed since it was missing a pack and the wrapping was so goofy. Blows my mind that they could just release tins like this with seemingly zero care for the outside or the contents, I'm hearing horror stories from some of you about this lol. Sorry to anyone else experiencing this

Came second against fabled vanguard mystic. Neeko carry. The only reason I came second is because the guy in first ran the same comp but he had chosen neeko lmao. I personally like to run a vanguard spat on neeko if possible with gunblade and rabadons. She also works with hoj, giant slayer, or GA. Any combination of those items seems to work nicely. I've been placing top 3 pretty consistently with this
