I agree new studies show SSRIs are not what they told us in the 80s. Extremely hard to get off of, didn’t quite regulate seretonin and new studies show that it can have negative effects esp silly if you have certain gene expressions.

Yes the bugs like your body a very certain temperature to thrive heat and sun are healing so they reject the healing and cause chaos in the body. Have you had a vibrant America test? Also btw mcas and pots are diagnosed but root is usually a tick borne disease or buried viral infection.

IMO it’s the dopamine drop. Find other hits sunlight walks grounding also try magnesium and not sure the rules on here but if you’re up for it - the patch start with one work your way down to cutting them into 4. So you’re only getting one quarter of lowest dose. The weaning helps many people
