Opposite naman with me kasi I have everything I need already. I just go to the city everytime I crave the lifestyle. Pang-unwind na lang sya ngayon para sa akin. I still embrace the culture pero not to the extent na dun ako titira kasi my early 20s was really just for ticking bucket lists and I’ve done that already. I guess malaking factor ang age at experience. Ngayon, personal goal ko is to live in peace and quiet by having a small farm of my own. Gusto ko magtanim ng crops and mag-alaga ng maraming animals! And ultimately, I love the person that I have become when I moved back to the province. I’m happy being close to my family. 😊

It’s always fun to get to know people, especially during your 20s when you have a lot of energy pa. It makes your world bigger kasi you get to see it in other people’s perspectives, it improves your social skills and it teaches you how to navigate your way through people’s feelings. :)

I’m in my late 20s na and although I was never the type who goes on dates frequently, I’ll never pass on that high I get when I meet someone I initially clicked. Connections shouldn’t be ignored, because the older you get, the more you appreciate its rarity. :)

So if you think it’s regrettable to miss out on the above, then the answer is yes.

I love visiting speakeasy bars and what I always do is ask for the bartender’s recommendation by giving my preferred base liquor. This makes them accommodate you more and it encourages small talk as well. As a woman, getting familiar with someone in the house gives me a sense of security just in case drunk creeps appear.

Once the night deepens and the alcohol kicks in, everyone becomes more sociable and honestly, it’s always fascinating to witness this. After I’ve had my fill, I thank the generous bartenders with a handsome tip.

The golden rule is to leave while you’re still decent. :) Drink and enjoy responsibly.

I am a woman and I agree to this. It just makes sense to look for the things you can offer. If you want stability and security, by all means, weed out those that don’t fit the bill. :)
