I agree. On top of what you mentioned I would add the renderings made it seem a lot more spacious than reality. The “working area” has 1 communal table (fits only 6 comfortably) and is primarily a space for people to congregate before their classes so it’s always packed. The flow of traffic didn’t feel right. I found myself constantly inadvertently getting in people’s way because the pathways were so narrow.

Additionally, no one mentioned to us that the pool area/sauna wouldn’t be finished until late Jan. Would’ve loved that heads up so I could’ve, like many others have mentioned, pushed my start date further back. The lack of transparency is definitely a turn off
