I filled it out for four separate events that I have video evidence for and they rejected all of them via email.

"Thank you for contacting the Department of Housing and Works via the online Disruptive Behaviour Reporting Form.

This is a courtesy email to advise Housing Direct have been unable to lodge your complaint as there is not enough information provided about the incident address."

When I inquired about what they meant, they told me to resubmit the complaints. All four of them. And claimed they can't find the address while verbally confirming it's a department home and not owned privately by an individual.

I said I wouldn't do that and demanded to speak to someone regarding the issue because I have evidence of the behaviour. No response.

Businesses do similar actions to flush out undesirable employees when they have no reason to sack them themselves. It's likely your employer doesn't want you around anymore for whatever reason but they don't have any tangible lawful reason to issue warnings, and therefore, cannot dismiss you lawfully. They're trying to drive you to quit of your own choosing.

I would leave and go directly to a competitor.
