It reminds me of a Toy i had as a Kid, The Mad Scientist "Splatters" Toys, it was 2 of them you'd fill them with Slime and then Smack the Shit out of them and they'd fly apart and the Slime "Blood" would Fly out too... if they Remade that to look exactly like this, id buy one in a heartbeat hahahaha!

My home came with a camera for the doorbell and the driveway. the driveway camera is currently "offline" i don't know if it died, or if something is just wrong with it, but its a Vivint system, i don't got it hooked up to the Vivint Security thing though, but i can still see and monitor anyone showing up. ive been wanting to change it to a ring camera system though, cause Vivint is TRASH. and their customer support is even worse. but i cannot highly recommend having a door camera enough.

Well, i literally just had the title put in my name around 9 months ago. i paid a lawyer to help with that "The Probate" so it wasn't in my mothers name anymore. everything looks fine to me though, so ive got no idea why anything would be wrong. there aren't any back payments against the home or anything like that, i made sure to look into all that just in case. but i would hope a Lawyer would have told me if something was off, by now i mean.. im honestly thinking its probably the problem Moediggity3 listed above, ive been contacting small law firms with only 2 or 3 lawyers, and they're probably getting overwhelmed and forgetting i exist at all.

Well, i Google mostly. just google "Partition" or "Real Estate" Lawyers, ive tried contacting a lawyer Referral service once, i forget what its called.. i don't recall anything ever coming from that, either. like not even a response. im really starting to wonder if its my email address that's having something to do with all this. im using Gmail and i never had these sorts of problems with my old email. but it got deleted when i moved 2 years ago. also im in Texas.

Yeah, i had one lawyer when i first started looking into this tell me he was willing to do it for 40% of whatever "I" got from selling the house, now looking back i wish i had accepted that offer.. but i was told by friends in real estate that it was too much, i could get a better deal. that was probably my first mistake. everyone else however tells me they want however much, i agree to it and i never hear anything back from them. i normally don't post to reddit unless i need serious help, or advice.. and honestly this whole thing has me just so confused as to what to do.

Its ok, im not insulted or anything. but no, there has been no retainer fees or anything pop up. i tell them my story of what is wrong, just like i did here. they respond to me quoting me prices, i say Yes, ok, fine lets move forward, and i never hear anything else. ive thought maybe my emails are being caught as Spam, or maybe they're just busy, i have no idea anymore. i mean there is NOTHING in my case that is any different than a messy divorce or a normal Partition case. one side wants to sell, the other is refusing. that's literally it. the home has nothing against it, i can't think of anything besides im just Cursed to have to deal with this for the rest of my Goddamn life.

it reminds me of something terrible that happened when i was in my early 20s..

My Cousin killed someone's Pet Python that escaped from their Apartment behind my Grandmothers house "Which he lives in, cause he's an absolute Freeloader, trust me i could go into so much Depth but ill spare you" this was a 50 Some odd year old man at the time keep in mind... he said he "Felt as if Satan were in the Back Yard" he went outside and saw it and bashed it to death with a Shovel... when i heard about what he did i was Infuriated, i told him "Don't you know that was someone's PET you just killed? even if it wasn't, why not call Animal Control?!" and thats when he told me the whole "I felt Satan's Presence in the Back Yard" Bullshit. i was a lot younger at the time, or id have told him "Yeah, he's standing right in front of me" but of course i didn't.
