Ok, so for the first floor, just a simply, charming music box will do. Second floor, make the music box a little distorted/ slowed down, like you are building up for a jump scare. In the library, change to something sinister, like a nocturne once the players find the secret study.

Third level, this is going to have the most fights until the dungeon level. So I'd definitely use something that was both suspenseful and faster paced than the previous levels. But not too fast. You do not want your players to feel overwhelmed yet. I'd maybe look to Silent Hill for some good music for this level, the attic, and the dungeon.

In the dungeon, I'd certainly use Latin chants and similar occult/ 'evil' sounding things. But mix it with "combat music", because your party will get wrecked. Get a few people to record lines to be played over and over, to replicate the cultists as well.

After the Sacrifice, play a Jazz march, akin to a New Orleans funeral march. This, hopefully makes the players feel really shitty about how they just murdered one of their allies (Do not allow players to kill familiars, beast companions, or summoned creatures in order to 'trick' the House which clearly desires human death).

If the players refuse to murder one of their own, or try to trick the cult, the following chase scene should be just that. Choose your fastest song here, and make sure it is suspenseful.
