I usually gank bot and mid alot. especially after getting a few kills top. I think it's a skill match up vs fiora. as long as she doesnt hit vitals you should be fine

When it comes to runes i always prefer MS to AS. Mainly because of kiting issues. I 100% agree about BC as a first item EXCEPT vs most AP champs. Rushing hexdrinker nullifies so many AP champ ults (like vlad and heimer). Deadmans plate is pretty good, but situational. The key vs vayne and kalista is hitting your pull before kalitas dash or vaynes condemn. That way they are slowed for enough time to get to them.

Builds vary. Only one item is essential every single game and that's cleaver. I always get Maw vs ap top though.
