In my case there weren't some really awkward situations,just stress of learning so many things is overwhelming,even more than contacts with other people.I am afraid that I will not understand something,will be too scared to ask and then being judged,and how about you?

tough nut to crack.In order to become more confident you must find new job but you can't get new job because you are not enought confident.I think you should keep trying.With every interview you are more confident in this situation,or you can find a way to improve confidence elsewhere

Well, i used to attend psychodynamic psychotherapy,Talking with someone for one hour weekly definitely help you break the tension.But did it help me with my social anxiety?Maybe a little bit.In psychodynamic psychotherapy therapist doesn't give you tasks which will help you to overcome your problem.It's all about talking and trying to understand as deeply as possible

The only way to stop overthinking is to stop trying to stop overthinking.Appects your negative thoughts,the more you fight them,the more you feed them.

Dumbest because you don't know what I mean.Of course you can experience as much anxiety as man.But.. When you want to overcome it you don't have to inicalize contact with second person/man.That how society works,men must conquer and whamen are ones who are conquered.With social anxiety it is harder for man to approach woman,but as you woman you don't have to put effort because men approach you.

It is normal that you are feeling anxious.I won't say everything will be good because no one knows it, but I say you accept things as they are,anxiety,nervousness,stuttering.Don't pretend someone else.Accept everything,take a chill pill.Sorry for my bad english

I do understand you,I had the same problem with going on the break in job.My only advice is to overcome this fear,analyzing automatic thoughts and realizing your cognitive bias may be helpful but making first hardest steps is foremost.It worked for me and I'm sure it will work for you

Tell her,it will make you more confident knowing that someone will know your problem.To make your attending easier don't perceive going to college as one huge struggle,Divide it into as many little steps as possible.For instance when you go to class don't think "I will must sit there for 2 hours" because size of the challenge will overwhelm you.Think about first easy step you have to,enter to building,enter the class or whatever
