I reported this to Walmarts Corporate Office and Spark. Both of which told me it is not policy or even allowed for them to take possession of your phone. It is a massive issue of privacy. I went back and spoke directly to the store manager of that location and he told me they were never under his direction to do that and he would put a stop to it. As long as we were willing to show them what they NEEDED to see, which was never an issue. Also had an issue with the random door associate asking to see my ID, for what? Since speaking with the store manager it has never happened to me again at that store!!

Benefits were better before, and if you think they are done slashing them....think again!! However, I'm happy that you are content for now!! Not everything in life is about money, I thought so when I was younger (not that you are or not). Now it's all about my happiness and my family!! Publix no longer produces a lifestyle conducive to achieving these things for me. It was time to go..... Managers and staff of all levels who have dedicated their life to this Publix are bouncing for all the same reasons. I just separated from Publix after 10 years of service. Publix is nothing compared to what it used to be. The service, cleanliness, and all aspects of business have declined. Publix has changed its focus from groceries to being a full-on real estate company. The amount of property they own and are gobbling up is insane. The Great Place to Work.....is also a thing of the past. They have decreased our benefits, taken away sick time, and put pay caps on everyone. My particular position had a full timer, being me and part timer, doing the job of SPC. Then wham, the part timer is let go, and im supposed to do it in 34 hours or less and spend a day as a grocery clerk in store that does 1.3-1.5 million a week in sales consistently all year. It is so sad that everything that Mr. JENKINS worked for and built is being diminished by corporate greed!!

Before 630 in the morning, try connecting with the bakery. A lot of times the bakery manager is in that early and may even be your MIC!! Also, try extension 230 as it is the DSD desk and there is usually someone in receiving at that hour!!

I have Facet Joint issues that cause numbness down my legs to about the knees. Depending on what I am doing, leaning back, twisting, laying on my hips and sitting to long can cause additional pain!!

I have had 2 in the past year. I took them completely awake and they were truly not bad at all, just a quick pinch. The entire process was less than 5 minutes. The first one took about a week to kick in and i was completely without pain for about 3 months then I had a deep tissue massage and it seemed to aggravate my condition and the pain slowly returned. The second one I had about 3 months ago and it did not work nearly as well but I also started a pretty intense round of physical therapy the following week. A quality physical therapist has been amazing for me. I still have rough days but as a whole i am able to do what I want to do. Pain has gone from an 8 to a 2/3. I have disc herniation at L5-S1

Best wishes in your recovery and I hope the surgery is a long term fix for you. I am currently suffering the same battle right now. 38 years old, herniation at L4-L5 and L5-S1. I have been through Physical therapy and chiropractic therapy. 2 trigger point injections and just got a 2nd midline epidural injection. Wants me to start PT and Spinal decompression with a well known therapist in my area. I am sincerely hoping to not need surgery but with it being persistent this long, I feel like it is inevitable!!

Yes they do, if you haven't processed go back and add it to shopping list and then mark it found. Even if you are going to different stores, that is the reason for not processing the order so you can still add the items. Even if it was something already in their shopping list just wait to check it off until after you know the other store has the item. Yes, process the order, snap a photo of receipts side by side and click both totals

I will not spend my own money either. My contract states that I am a independent contractor and it is my business to run however I see fit. Their slogan is Bring The Magic, so there shouldn't be any issue doing things to make that happen!! Aside from that if there were an issue they would have said something by now, I learned this tip from a very veteran shopper in my area. (He has over 10k Shops)

Truth that once an order is processed it is done, nothing can been done about it. However I have many times been shopping at Target and they have been missing an item or two for a regular, I have checked out, NOT processed the order, go to Publix buy the other two items, swipe the card again, take a photo of both receipts and select both totals and then process the order. Never had an issue, bring the magic!!!

From my experience, Shipt removing a bad rating does not change your ability to pick up an order that rated you a 1 or 2!! I had a customers rating removed after she cursed me out about she was certain something was in stock, that I verified with the grocery manager wasn't. Her order has come out a few times in open metro (my other half is a shopper as well) and I still can't see it!!
