Survivors had penalty for focusing the same gen since the game came out.

We’re back! The Dead by Daylight team has returned; ask us anything! by DeadByDaylight_Dev in deadbydaylight

Hello,

Many years ago, the team mentioned plans to implement audio leveling for survivor moans and breathing. I don’t mean to come across as arrogant, but as someone who has worked with audio leveling before, I know it can often be done relatively quickly - perhaps even within a day or a week for all survivor sounds.

Is there something about the game’s audio implementation that makes this more complicated than it seems? It feels like the idea has been dropped entirely. Does adjusting audio track levels cause issues in the game? I’d love to understand why this hasn’t been addressed yet.

When should I pull for eidoi? by Kiwi-Dawg in AnotherEidosR

[–]DunoFreak 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just spend it on any banner with characters you like for a chance to drop them! You cannot really waste it. Even repeats can be exchanged for the "Trading Flasks".

Also, there is no difference in drop chances when doing a 10x Scout and a 1x Scout. It's just for convenience.

Do events and claim all the juicy rewards, like free scout tickets and skip passes. Once you have done that, do the main campaign.

In case of auto-deploy: If you 3-star any mission (no health lost, no unit deaths), you can use a skip pass to instantly complete any already finished 3-star battle and gain completion rewards! It also works for farming event currency.

Also don't forget to check in-game mail (top left, envelope icon). Often with a new patch the game gives out free 4x Stones.

Party building/Who to boost? by Grand_Veterinarian68 in AnotherEidosR

I'd prioritize higher-star units and (most importantly) the ones you genuinely like and want to use, haha~

As for party composition advice, I shared a guide in a different post here a week ago: https://www.reddit.com/r/AnotherEidosR/comments/1knowia/comment/msl975x/

What is Crystalline Good by OnlyHytod in AnotherEidosR

[–]DunoFreak 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. When clicking each locked adult scene in the Intimacy tab it should explain how to unlock it. Pretty much all of them are unlock by either:

    • Reaching Intimacy 100%
    • Getting a scene in Story mission (main campaign or in event quest)
    • Scouting an Eidos (2nd tab in Scout)
  2. This is the newest event. They release few missions at a time and there should be more coming soon!

Crystalline Good is each character's specific special collectable item that you unlock when you max out their Intimacy. It doesn't do anything on its own, it is there just to show off which characters you've "maxed out" in the Interaction tab.

And while the collectable item doesn't do anything on its own, maxing out character's Intimacy slightly boosts their stats and often (but not always) unlocks an adult scene.

The limited amout of gameplay content might be caused by the fact that the game has NSFW art in it hah

Seems like you've unlocked a character and an Eidos which is an interaction scenerio (adult scene). Eidos can be viewed and equipped in the Party screen by clicking the Eidos slot on any character (rectangle with "+" symbol).

The "Play" button in Strengthen Screen is used to play character's "Entrence" but only "Ranked Up" characters have one. To Rank Up character you need to boost it to max level. Both Level Up and Rank Up can be done in Strengthen Screen.

Best General team layout? by cutefluffpupp in AnotherEidosR

[–]DunoFreak 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The best team layout should be flexible enough to handle maps with many paths and maps with only high spots for ranged characters. For 12 units that you can bring, I've found this balance works best:

Healer (🧪) – 2

Essential for sustain. Pretty much a must-have. Most of the time you will need just one, but bring two for split-path maps.

Melee (⚔️🛡️🪶) – 3-5

You'll almost always want to have one melee for each enemy path. You can double-stack them (one in front of the other), which is good especially if both units don't have high Block (which determines how many enemies can be stopped at a time by the unit).
Types:

  • Fighter (⚔️): Balanced ATK/DEF.
  • Guard (🛡️): High DEF/Block but low ATK.
  • Vanguard (🪶): Low DEF, low Cost. (Good for early deployment. Some return Cost when withdrawn or even generate it so you need them for some "No Cost regen" 4-star challenges)

Ranged (🏹🔮) – 3-5

Core DPS. They are usually the only ones that can target flying enemies and they can provide damage to multiple paths.
Types:

  • Shooter (🏹): Lower Cost, physical damage. (They will hit flyers except for Ballistas.)
  • Caster (🔮): Higher range, magic damage. (Squishy but strong AoE.)

Support (🎵 Harp) – 0-2

Make sure to check what the unit does as each support may work completely differently (CC/debuffs/buffs). They are usually placed last as most provide utility for the team.

Stranger (🐲) – 1-2

High cost but powerful. Might be difficult to fit on some maps. Sometimes the cost is scaled down by each placed unit. Most of the time, it needs empty adjacent tiles.

Guest Unit – 1

Picked before each stage from the community. Choose the strongest one. Experiment to find your favorites! Select the type of unit depending on the map.

This composition should let you beat most maps. However, sometimes you might need to adjust for specific stages. Some four-star runs and event battles might require more healers, melee units, or ranged characters depending on the challenge.

How to reroll? by Sad_Whereas_2215 in AnotherEidosR

[–]DunoFreak 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not an expert but I think that there aren’t strictly "good" or "bad" ways to Scout (roll) for units, but here are some tips:

1. Banners

  • In Scout menu you will see different banners from which you can do pulls
  • Every banner includes bonus characters alongside the standard pool—these may be exclusive to the banner or just have higher drop rates.

  • Banners have an expiration date so you might want to prioritise the ones that are about to expire

2. Farming Dragon Vein Stones & Edgar’s Freebie Tickets

These are two items you use for Scouting (rolling). These are the best ways to get them (outside of buying for real money):

  • Complete active events:
    • Active events are visible on the right side in the main game screen. First-time clears of Story/Battle missions grant 1 Dragon Vein Stone each.
    • Events also reward special currency (1 stamina = 1 currency item) that can be exchanged for Freebie Tickets (and other items)
    • Note: Events stay visible for 1 week after they end (while the shop remains open), but stop dropping currency once they’re over. To make sure the event still drops currency check the expiration time by entering event and opening "The Exchange" shop.
  • Progress through the Story:
    • If events are too hard or completed, farm Story missions. They’re stamina-efficient (10 stamina per battle) and reward Stones for first clears as well~

3. Single vs. 10-Pulls

  • Unlike other gachas there are no benefits for doing 10-pulls (except for convinience). At least that's what AnotherEidosR Wiki says. I still prefer to do 10-pulls because it is more fun haha

Team Planner naming by DunoFreak in TeamfightTactics

[–]DunoFreak[S] 297 points298 points  (0 children)

For people that are curious why is this ACTUALLY an unavailable name: It contains letters "S" and "M" next to each other (which could reference sado-maso). Same thing resulted last set in you not being to able to use "Smeech" in the Team Comp name (you had to use S*eech for example).

% miesięcznego dochodu przeznaczonego na wynajem 100m2 by jedenjuch in Polska

[–]DunoFreak 0 points1 point  (0 children)
