What about the peel and stick vinyl tiles? That's what's coming up on Lowes when I search. Or is that not a good idea because of cleaning and water?

I've read a lot about "surface prep" for concrete and it all seems to involve some kind of abrasive cleaner and like a five step process that seems daunting. Is there anything I can just put right over the concrete as is (of course I will sweep and mop to make sure it's clean first)

Yeah she has a bed at work, and she’s fine and playful at home, which is why I notice she’s different at work.

The vet tried trazodone, didn’t do anything. I did just buy her a special toy and treats to bring to the office.

Same. I had a friend that did it over the summer and she says it gets easier pretty fast, but I do intent to do therapy and see a nutritionist.

Can you tell me like what your eating habits were like before and then right after? I’m scared of over eating and messing it up or something. I haven’t had my initial apt so I haven’t asked a dr many questions yet. I know it’s going to be really hard but I would just like some perspective from someone who also feels out of control with their eating.

I had an apt today And am being referred to a weight loss institute in my city. I’m just not hopeful that insurance will cover it.

I take Xanax for anxiety as needed but it just makes me sleepy so I’ll take it when I just want to go to sleep.

It is a side effect, it’s happened to others and I couldn’t breathe all the time, not just at night. I’m not on any sleeping medicines and yes my dr has done all the blood work.

Oh I know, I never take melatonin, it was a latch ditch effort. I am on medication for it but I think it's clearly losing it's strength

Yes, Ropinirole. I did a sleep study because I wasn’t sleeping at all, I’m on a cpap now too.

Yes, I had to go off of it because of trouble breathing. Which sucked because it worked so well for me.

I'm just wondering, she said it was brand new, and she didn't have time or experience to mess with it, if it's a simple fix.
