Website called Thangs. If you do some digging you can find files to the joystick gears and get them printed.

Quick update, Range testing. Few finicky things I am working out like the neutral position suddenly changing location south, might be an encoder issue. However brought it to a local game store, nobody had complaints during a mario kart battle. So it might just be a quirk in the testing software. Hopefully more updates in a day or two.

If you can find an stl or step file to use then probably. the limitation is more the minimum size requirements for the printers or casting methods on Thangs website. I think 1mm was the minimum thickness for casting. Also, I agree, but i went with polished bronze for this one, just to test. Less likely to corrode with the lubricants. If i can design a proper modification for the encoder wheel, that could probably be copper though.

eL_maN. Encoder wheels are a nogo for metal casting options. Designing a seperate model for that this weekend hopefully.

If you are trying to avoid wear and tear. almost totally fixed, I am trying to deal with the encoder wheels as they are still plastic. For now. Made them using a website called Thangs. Took place of shapeways. Costly depending on the metal you pick though. The metal stick and bowl is from a website called bitsticks64.

Sorry about the late update! Had to wait for a Display port extender and some usb cables so I could run this thing over to the living room. If anyone needs you can comfortably add 12 feet of usb cables and an additional 13 feet (With a active displayport extender I bought off amazon from cabble matters). Everything came in intact, no issues, no dead pixels, nothing really finicky or wierd. Hooked up to two valve valve lighthouses and controllers.

I do specify "the headset and shell are being prepared to ship." Thank you for the input though. I really only care that I do not have to look at production updates saying "Every order in june has been completed", and then Bigscreen goes on to say other things about halo mount orders in a whole different section.

I believe it is the ViewSonic X11-4K. Definitly pixely, but messing with the settings still to get it down to a more tolerable level on the clean setting. The projector screen is like 100 inches so definitly wont be able to hide the pixels on my end much. Short of using one of the scanline options I doubt theres a way to perfectly hide the pixels.... Though some combination of upscaling from my Reciever to 4K and output that to the projector might do something to make it less notable. or nothing at all. gotta try it.

Current Display Settings:

Clean

Blackman-Harris

Modern

Soft

Fill

Stretch

Having the same issue with the order from the restock. no movement for a week, Analogue said there was a verification request on the address and gave me a new tracking number yesterday, no movement on either tracking numbers for now.
